AZ QSO Party Weather Update

Well it’s close to the weekend.  The weather looks like it’s going to be a slightly wet one.  The National Weather Service keeps pushing the path of Sergio south.  That’s alright…we enjoy all forms of weather.

Please make sure you bring your rain gear and a way to stay warm.  We will have a campfire going for part of the time.

So here is the forecast according to the National Weather Service.  Now this might adjust as we get closer.

 

Friday
A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 62. Breezy, with a south southeast wind 5 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
Friday Night
A 40 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 45. East wind around 5 mph.
Saturday
A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 11am. Partly sunny, with a high near 63. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west southwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Saturday Night
A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 45. Northwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
Sunday
A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 11am. Mostly sunny, with a high near 63. Southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
